Hours Question

Can a single MD be utilized for the position at 400 annual hours OR a single NP/PA for the position at 400 hours OR a combination of MD and NP/PA for the position at 200 hours each?If an offeror wishes to utilize a single position for 400 annual hours, it should be priced as a single line item: e.g. 0001, 1001, 2001, etc. An offeror may split positions e.g. an MD for 200 hours and an NP/PA for 200 hours for a total of 400 annual hours. However, in this case each position should be priced as its own line item: e.g. 0001, 0002, 1001, 1002, 2001, 2002, etc. Furthermore, invoices need to be billed to the correct line items and accurately reflect work performed. Note: all positions, whether single or split, must total 400 annual hours.If an offeror intends to use an NP/PA, the NP/PA needs to be in compliance with all State of Tennessee requirements, including scope of practice authority and having any required agreements with a Physician.
