2. Registration & White Paper Submission Steps

Action Required

Submit company name, CAGE code, attendee names, and UEI if applicable by November 25th. All members attending must have a Real ID to access base. Step 1: RSVP
Meeting will take place at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base. Team will meet your members at the gate to escort vendors to meeting site. Step 2: White
Submit a capability statement or technical white paper (maximum 5 pages) Paper
detailing relevant case studies and mechanical performance specs. (Optional)
Step 3: POC
Submission

Transmit all registration packages via email to the Contracting Officer: [email protected] and [email protected] and Technical POC: [email protected]
