INFANTRY SQUAD VEHICLE

MARKET SURVEY

PREFACE:

This is the U.S. Army’s Market Survey to identify qualified and capable industry partners to support the continued development, production, and sustainment of the Infantry Squad family of vehicles. This critical initiative focuses on assessing the industrial base's capacity to deliver and support two primary commercial platforms: the Infantry Squad Vehicle 9-Passenger (ISV-9) and the Infantry Squad Vehicle Utility (ISV-Utility). The program is intended to provide coverage to the U.S. Army and its future customers such as the Army National Guard, Army Reserve, other Program Management (PM) Offices, and potential Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

DESCRIPTION OF OBJECTVES:

The Product Director, Ground Mobility Vehicles (PdD GMV) is conducting a market survey for new production of the Infantry Squad Vehicle (ISV) Family of Vehicles (FoVs) to include the ISV-9, the Utility variant and potential FMS customers. The potential solicitation (and resulting contract) also would seek to acquire Unlimited Rights associated with technical data, logistical data, test support information, electrical diagrams, installation kits and ancillary hardware that is newly developed under the contract with the vehicles. Furthermore, the Government expects Unlimited Rights to all Form, Fit, and Function (FFF) data and all operator, maintenance, installation, and training materials, regardless of funding source. The Government is seeking data and rights to maintain, repair, overhaul, modify, and sustain the ISV fleet. The ancillary hardware includes, but is not limited to, Basic Issue Items (BII), special tools, new specialty kits, expeditionary field kits, initial support items, and vehicle covers.

DESCRIPTION OF INTENT:

Dependent upon availability of funds, there is a requirement to procure new vehicles along with hardware, services, and other deliverables detailed within the “Description of Objectives” section. With other customers, the total potential quantity over the years is approximately 20,787 vehicles. Initial deliveries for these new ISV’s are anticipated to begin in the fourth quarter Fiscal Year 2029
