Submission of Offers: Offers shall be submitted by the due date and time provided on the SF1449 block 8 to Mindie Dixon at [email protected]
Proposal Preparation InstructionsTo assure timely and equitable evaluation of the offer, the Offerors must follow the instructions contained herein. The offer must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. Failure to provide the items listed below as Tab A, B, and C may render your offer incomplete. Incomplete offers will not be evaluated. Complete offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
One (1) electronic copy shall be submitted as follows:
Tab A – Offer Form (Standard Form 1449) - original signature and date; Contract Administration Data; UEI; Acknowledgement of Solicitation Amendments if applicable.
Tab B – Pricing- On the SF 1449 insert proposed unit price in the -UNIT PRICE- section within the -ITEM- and multiply the unit price times the quantity to complete -AMOUNT- in the Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section of the solicitation for each Contract Line-Item Number (Item). Provide an itemize quote
