This purchase description (PD) is approved for use by the United States Military Academy (USMA).
1.

SCOPE

1.1 Scope. This PD covers the requirement for the India White (IW) skirt intended for wear by female cadets at the USMA at West Point.
1.2 Classification. The skirt will be available in the following sizes:
