Key Requirements for Lateral Springboarding Requests:
● Experience Documentation: The summary sheet must detail relevant experience and, for any socioeconomic IDIQ proposal(s), must specifically identify a minimum of two Qualifying Projects (QPs) performed by an SBA-certified concern for the applicable socioeconomic program, as described in Solicitation Section C.1.2. ● Team Composition Limit: Contractors are restricted to using only the team members already listed on their existing OASIS+ contract.
● Qualification Restriction: The submission cannot include any new or additional QPs beyond those presented in the Contractor’s original, successful proposal and currently awarded Domains, in order to satisfy the requirements outlined in the requested Solicitation’s Section L.5.2.2.
