II. Nature and/or description of the action being approved (RFO 6.104-1(a)(2)): This document approves the award of a contract on a sole source basis to Resonant Sciences LLC for the sustainment of Resonant Adaptable Zonal Radar (RAZR) Systems in support of the B-2 Systems Program Office (SPO). This justification is made on an Individual basis.
III. Description of supplies/services required to meet agency needs (RFO 6.104-1(a)(3)): This contract provides for the total sustainment of RAZR Systems, their enclosed trailers, and all associated hardware and software. The objective is to maintain all systems at a 100% fully serviceable and user-ready operational status. This contract includes a one-year basic contract period and two one-year options. The estimated value of this effort is with
planned use of 3400 FY26

) funds. The anticipated contract type of this
