The technical data for the VALVE ASSEMBLY required to make an accurate assessment of equal or alternate equipment meeting the Coast Guard’s performance, fit, form and function requirements for this procurement is unavailable. The VALVE ASSEMBLY is in support of the currently installed parts on the 45’ RBM. Any attempt to manufacture this item without the proper Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and access to OEM reproduction manufacturing drawings, spec, tolerances/parameters, test procedures and other relevant information, could lead to major mission degradation.
