2. Nature and Description of Action

This action is a sole-source procurement for a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the facility Lessor, Junior College District of East Central Missouri (East Central College / ECC), to acquire moving, relocation, and on-site storage services for space occupied by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) at the Rolla Federal Building.

3. Description of Services

The scope of work requires furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and storage containers necessary to disassemble, move, and store USGS furniture, IT equipment, map racks, and office materials on-site, and subsequently move them back upon completion of renovation. •

• Moving Services: Disassembly and removal of pre-disassembled cubicles/furniture, disassembly of four 70' x 12' metal map racks, packaging, wall/floor protection, and relocation to storage containers (subcontracted via Eagan Office Interiors for $19,745.00).
• On-Site Storage Services: Delivery and placement of six 53-foot storage trailers for up to 8 months on-site at the Rolla Federal Center (subcontracted via Palmer Leasing for up to $19,800.00).
