CORRECTION TO JUSTIFICATION FOR OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN

COMPETITION

Solicitation No. 80ARC026R0008 / Contract No. 80ARC026C0006 EraDrive Autonomy Modules (Era-Node), Ground Support Equipment, and Associated Services Date: October 20, 2026
1. Section 10 of the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) posted for this action states that no companies expressed interest in writing and no capability statements were received in response to the notice of intent published on SAM.gov on June 16, 2026. That statement is a scrivener's error and is corrected by this memorandum.
2. One capability statement was received, from Rhea Space Activity, Inc., on June 30, 2026, within the response period. It was forwarded to the requiring technical office and evaluated prior to certification and approval of the JOFOC. The evaluation concluded that the capability statement did not establish an alternative source capable of satisfying the requirement within the program schedule. Section 10 was not updated to reflect the receipt and evaluation of the capability statement before the JOFOC was finalized.
3. Section 10 of the JOFOC is corrected to read as follows: "A notice of NASA's intent to award this sole-source action was published on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, SAM.gov, per FAR Subpart 5.1 (see Section 6 above). The notice was posted on June 16, 2026 and closed July 1, 2026. One capability statement was received, from Rhea Space Activity, Inc., on June 30, 2026. It was evaluated by the technical office and did not establish an alternative source capable of satisfying the requirement within the program schedule."
4. The last sentence of Section 6 is conformed to read: "The notice published on June 16, 2026 satisfied this requirement. The one response received was evaluated and did not identify an alternative capable source."
5. The determination that EraDrive, Inc. is the only responsible source, and the approval of August 11, 2026, are unchanged. The supporting record is retained in the contract file. signed by Joshua Taggart
