Cover Page - In order to be considered for award, Initial offers conforming to the requirements of the RLP shall be received no later than 4:00PM EST on 01/05/2026. 1.05 NEIGHBORHOOD, PARKING, LOCATION AMENITIES, AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (VA OCT 2024) Sub-Paragraph D ‘Transit Accessibility’ is deleted in its entirety.
