FA8533-26-R-0007 Letter Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) Amendment 1 for F-16 Aircraft Adapter Groups (AAGs) for the Common Aircraft Portable Reprogrammable Equipment (CAPRE) Secure Memory Loader Verifier (SMLV)

1. Corrections/amendments made:

Correction emailed to correct proposal due date on Attachment A. Proposal due date is 16 Dec 2026. Amendment 1 is to add Attachment J – OEM list.

2. ATSA awardees are requested to provide a proposal for the F-16 AAGs for the CAPRE SMLV FOPR, Attachments A-H.
3. Proposal Date and Time: We are requesting that you submit your proposal NLT 16-Dec-2026, 4:00pm EST.
4. CLIN Structure: The Government anticipates awarding this effort as a task order under the ATSA Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The proposal for this effort shall be submitted utilizing Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) Structure, Attachment C. All Contract Data Requirements Listing (CDRLs) shall be separately priced.
5. Proposal Format: Please follow the guidelines outlined in Attachment A, FOPR, Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Factors for Award.
6. Availability of Funds: Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. 7.
