GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the second sequence of bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) device

fielding. Reference (a) was the first BIA device fielding. 2. Reference (b) announced that effective 1 January 2023, Commanders will not formally assign Marines to the body composition program (BCP) or separate Marines for BCP failure unless body fat is estimated by BIA and validated by a unit representative.
