8. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT

The purpose of this amendment is to correct and clarify key solicitation details for the Government’s lease requirement. Specifically:

1. Correction to the square footage:

The previously stated square footage requirement has been updated to reflect the accurate amount of space needed. The new square footage requirements are a minimum of 3,600 ABOA, a maximum of 3,780 ABOA and a maximum of 4,347 RSF. Offerors should review the revised square footage information included in this amendment and ensure all proposals align with the corrected requirement.

2. Extension of Proposal Due Date:

To allow adequate time for offerors to review and incorporate these corrections, the Government is extending the proposal submission deadline. The new due date for receipt of offers is November 13, 2026, 4:30 PM EST. All other terms and conditions of the original Request for Lease Proposal remain unchanged. Offerors are responsible for acknowledging this amendment in accordance with the solicitation instructions. ------------------------------------------------------------------- END OF RLP CHANGES--------------------------------------------------------------------
