IAW DFARS 225.7002-1, 10 U.S.C. 4862 (the “Berry Amendment”) applies to this requirement.
Amendment Notice: The Government hereby clarifies that the Berry Amendment and DFARS clause 252.225-7012, Preference for Certain Domestic Commodities, does not apply to this requirement.
The domestic source restrictions under DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American and Balance of Payments Program, do apply to this requirement. Offerors shall comply with all applicable domestic end-product requirements and complete the applicable Buy American—Balance of Payments Program representations/certifications included in the solicitation.
All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the solicitation remain unchanged. **PLEASE SEE AMENDMENT NOTES FOR GLOVES SIZES BELOW.
1. GENERAL: The 366th Fighter Wing located on Mountain Home AFB, ID requires cold weather gear.

1.1 SPECIFICS:

1.1.1. All gear MUST comply with DAFI 36-2903
1.1.2. All gear must come with a standard warranty
1.1.3. Shipping must be included in the quotation.
1.1.4. Contractor shall deliver to 366 MXS, 230 Phantom Ave, Bldg 920 Rm 131, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648
1.1.5. Delivery will be no later than 30 days after date of contract (ADC). 2. APECS JACKET MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: 366th Fighter Wing needs a total of 221 APECS Jacket. The APECS Jacket must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics:

2.1.3. Includes a roll-and-stow adjustable hood, reinforced 330-denier nylon elbows, zippered underarm ventilation (pit zips), and adjustable hook-and-loop wrist cuffs
2.1.4. Features dual chest pockets, lower cargo/hand-warmer pockets, bicep pockets, rank tabs, and interior waist/hem drawcords
2.1.5. Made from a lightweight, breathable tri-laminate or Gore-Tex fabric with radio-wave sealed seams and near-infrared (NIR) signature reduction technology 2.2.1. Sizing will be broken down into:

3. COLD WEATHER GLOVES MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS: 366th Fighter Wing needs a

total of 238 Cold Weather Gloves. The Cold Weather Gloves must (at a minimum) comply with the following salient characteristics:
