EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR SERVICES, OAHU, HAWAII
PRE- PROPOSAL SITE VISIT
Site visit will commence following the pre-proposal conference. Limit of 2 representatives per company.
PRE- PROPOSAL CONFERENCE
We scheduled a pre-proposal conference for October 28, 2026 at 8:00am Hawaii Standard Time (HST) at Building A12 (Conference Room), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Hawaii, JBPHH. See attached map for location.
ANY STATEMENTS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE DURING THE CONFERENCE WILL NOT CHANGE
THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE SPECIFICATIONS.
If you plan to attend the conference, please submit the following information to [email protected] by October 23, 2026:
DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS
You may transmit your questions via email to [email protected] no later than November 16, 2026. Questions not received by this date may not be addressed.
VISITOR PARKING FOR CONFERENCE
Parking is available in front of the Navy Federal Credit Union (Building 62). Do not park in reserved stalls. If you signed up for the conference, but do not plan to attend, please notify [email protected]. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU ATTEND THE SCHEDULED PRE- PROPOSAL CONFERENCE. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE WE INTEND TO SCHEDULE.
