DoWEA invites eligible Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) to submit institutional capability statements describing their ability to establish and support dual or concurrent enrollment opportunities for DoWEA students. DoWEA seeks flexible partnerships that may be tailored to specified schools, installations, regions, courses, or delivery methods.
DoWEA seeks flexibility for tuition and applicable fees to be handled through one or more lawful methods, as available and authorized: (1) direct payment by a parent or guardian; or (2) payment by a parent or guardian followed by reimbursement under a separately authorized Government process. Complete technical documentation is required with the response.
