The Contractor shall prepare and submit Obsolescence Status Report in accordance with this TRD. All deliveries shall be in digital format, compatible with Microsoft Office software and Adobe Acrobat and delivered via DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/) with a notification email to the Government personnel listed in the distribution list. Alternative delivery media may be discussed with the Contracting Officer prior to delivery.
The Government personnel listed in the distribution list shall receive a copy of the submittals. See Appendix D for the name and electronic address of Government personnel for CDRL distribution
