RLP PARAGRAPH 1.02 A IS HEREBY DELETED IN ITS ENTIRITY AND THE FOLLOWING IS INSERTED TO DECREASE

RGW REQUESTED SQUARE FEET

A. The Government is seeking to procure the following square feet of American National Standards Institute/Building owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (sf) of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below: See Section2 of the Lease for applicable ANSI/BOMA standard The USDA intends to procure a minimum of 2,000 to a maximum of 2,100 ABOA square feet, not to exceed 2,289 rentable square feet.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions in the solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect II.

ACKNOWLDEGEMENT OF AMENDMENT

In lieu of other written methods of acknowledgement, the offeror may complete Block 9 and 10 and return this amendment to the address in Block 5.
