SWORD, WITH SCABBARD AND COVER,

UNITED STATES MILITARY ACADEMY (USMA)

WEST POINT, CADET

This purchase description (PD), is approved for use by the United States Military Academy. 1. SCOPE.
1.1 Scope. This PD covers the requirements for a United States Military Academy cadet sword, with scabbard and cover.
1.2 Classification. The sword will be available in one (1) type and sized according to length. 2. APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS.
2.1 General. The documents listed in this section are specified in sections 3 and 4 of this specification. This section does not include publications cited in other sections of this specification or recommended for additional information or as examples. While every effort has been made to ensure the completeness of this list, users of this document are cautioned that they must meet all specified requirements of documents cited in sections 3 and 4 of this specification, whether or not they are listed.
