The price for CLIN 0001 shall include all materials, labor, installation, testing, incidental items, and all other costs necessary to provide a complete and operational water tender unit. If the contractor's facility is located more than 200 road miles from the Government's designated pickup/delivery location, the contractor shall include all transportation costs necessary to transport the Government-furnished vehicle to and from the contractor's facility.
