minimal client oversight.

Satisfactory (S)

Performance met contractual
requirements. Minor issues arose, but
corrective actions taken were effective and
timely.

Marginal (M)

Performance did not meet some
contractual requirements. Significant
problems occurred; corrective actions
were only marginally effective or slow.

Unsatisfactory (U)

Performance failed to meet most
contractual requirements. Serious,
uncorrected deficiencies occurred.
Corrective actions were ineffective.

Unable to evaluate or non-applicable to
the scope of work performed.
