PART 1 — General Information
1.1 General
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the requirements for a turnkey Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription encompassing the deployment, operation, and sustainment of automated robotic kitchen systems. The requirement consists of one (1) fixed-site Indoor Autonomous Kitchen (I-AK) and one (1) trailer-mounted Containerized Autonomous Kitchen (C-AK).

1.2 Description of Services Introduction
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to deliver a turnkey Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) subscription. This is a non-personal services contract. Contractor employees performing services under this PWS shall be controlled, directed, and supervised at all times by management personnel of the Contractor, independently of U.S. Government officials or other Defense Contractors.
The services shall include the hardware, software and licensing, consumables, technical support, sustainment, delivery, installation, activation, and in-country (Republic of Korea (ROK) support presence
