General Information
1. GENERAL: This is a non-personal services contract under which the personnel rendering the services are not subject, either by the contract’s terms or by the manner of its administration, to the supervision and control usually prevailing in relationships between the Government and its employees. The United States (U.S.) Government must not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor’s employees performing the tasks herein. Such contract employees must be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn must be responsible to the U.S. Government.
1.1 Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Catered Meal Services as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS). The contractor must perform to the standards in this contract.
1.2 Background: Catered Meal Services for United States Army Western Hemisphere Command (USWHC), also referred to herein as “the Government”) in support of SV 27.1 COL. SV 27.1 COL is a United States Army Western Hemisphere Command (USAWHC) sponsored foreign military interaction exercise designed to develop participants interoperability, domain awareness, information sharing and counter threat capabilities.
1.3 Objectives: The Contractor provides the U.S. Government with Catered Meal Services throughout duration of the contract.
1.4 Scope: The Contractor must provide non-personal services and furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and any other items and services necessary to provide Catered Meal Services as specified in attachment 3. The contractor must accomplish these services in coordination with the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property (GFP) and government furnished services (GFS).
1.5 Period of Performance: The period of performance must be from 30 Oct – 12 Nov 2026.
