Pre-Bid Conference Registration Form

Purpose:The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to host a Pre-Bid Conference to provide a forum to allow industry an opportunity to ask questions regarding requirements for the Macon, GA HCC. Specific requirements have been set forth in RLP No. 36C10F26R0088, posted to SAM.gov on 11/3/2026.

Procedures:Parties interested in attending are required to pre-register by submitting a completed registration table (below) to Samantha Barr at [email protected] and James Cassidy at [email protected] no later than 5:00 EDT on 11/13/2026. Questions may be submitted prior to the pre-bid conference and must be submitted electronically along with this registration form.
