1. Synopsis

The Government intends to issue an unrestricted solicitation for the supply of chemical light sticks under a firm-fixed-price, long-term contract (LTC).
The anticipated LTC will have a total ordering period of five years, consisting of: •

Base Period: Two years

•

Option Period I: One year

•

Option Period II: One year

•

Option Period III: One year

Offerors will be required to provide pricing for the two-year base period and each of the three oneyear option periods. Option-year pricing will be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation.

2. Scope of Requirement
