Notice Update: The U.S. Government Publishing Office is issuing this update to the presolicitation notice for the anticipated Production Environment Track and Trace Platform requirement. The requirement is still under development. The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about October 2026.
This is a pre-solicitation notice issued per Materials Management Acquisition Regulation (MMAR) 5.204. The purpose of this notice is to inform industry of the Government’s planned requirement and upcoming solicitation.
This update is provided for informational purposes only. This notice is not a Request for Proposals, Request for Quotations, or Invitation for Bids. The Government is not requesting proposals in response to this notice.
This notice does not constitute a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, award a contract, or reimburse any costs incurred in preparing a response. The Government reserves the right to modify or cancel this requirement at any time.
Any formal solicitation, if issued, will be posted separately through SAM.gov. Interested vendors are encouraged and responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for future notices or solicitations related to this notice.
The Government is not obligated to respond to questions before issuance of the solicitation. Any information provided by industry in response to this notice may be used for acquisition planning purposes only.
