NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE: NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT

This pre-bid meeting notice is being given to solicit contractor interest and to orient contractors with the project site prior to the bid opening. Representatives from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will conduct a meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (MDT). FHWA will provide a brief project presentation, a walking tour stopping at various locations to present design elements along the route, and be available to answer questions for the balance of the time period.
Access to portions of the project segments (Option X) are restricted to the public and can only be accessed with Bureau of Reclamation guidance, so please be on time at the meeting location. Please provide your own transportation and personal protective equipment. Interested parties will meet at the Pine Creek Trailhead Parking Lot (Google Location Link): https://maps.app.goo.gl/VdDTshM5uNVXTdFX6
