NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER

Army Contracting Command APG, Tobyhanna Division intends to award a one-time sole source supply purchase order for Tobyhanna Army Depot. This notice is for information only. A solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.

Requirement: Connectors must be certified. Only Harting Inc part number 21028122335 is approved for use by the source control drawing.

The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order using Simplified Procedures at RFO FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services to Advanced Manufacturing Company of America, Inc., 1330 E Franklin Ave, STE 202, El Segundo, CA 90245, (AMCA). AMACA is the only known source at this time to have these connectors in supply and ready to deliver. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is strictly within the discretion of the Government. Responses received will be evaluated and considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A capability statement and any other information furnished must contain material in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet the requirement.
