Section 1 – BACKGROUND
The U.S. Bureau of the Census (BOC), National Processing Center (NPC) is the nation’s leading federal agency for data collection and processing. This facility produces demographic statistics and economic indicators used for federal funding appropriations and private industry forecasting. NPC also provides logistics and administrative support services for the Regional Offices, all temporary offices, the Tucson Contact Center (TCC), Census Headquarters (HQ), and the NPC facility.

Section 2 – PURPOSE
The pressure seal paper is a specially designed paper used for secure, envelope-free mailing. It works by using cohesive patterns – a special adhesive applied to the edges of the paper during manufacturing. This method is commonly used for mailing PII information, Log-in password notifications, or PIN’s offering a cost-effective and tamper-evident solution.

The Pressure Seal paper is needed for multiple mailings including, but not limited to, the following projects: American Community Survey Mailings (ACS) Initial mailing Reminder mailings Additional Reminder mailings (English) Additional Reminder mailings (Spanish) HU CAPI mailings QTT (Questioner Timing Test) mailings Annual Building Permits Survey (ABS) Annual Integrated Economic Survey (AIES) National Survey of Children's Health (NSCH) Construction Progress Report Survey (CPRS) Monthly Building Permits Survey (MBPS) Annual Survey of Public Employment and Payroll (ASPEP) Business Trends and Outlook Survey (BTOS) Household Trends and Outlook Pulse Survey (HTOPS) Births (BRTH)

Section 3 – REQUIREMENTS

8.5 x 11 sub 28lb White V fold Pressure Duplex, Seal Mocr, prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer Pref, with NO Block out and adhesive pattern. Per Carton 2,000. With overrun of Max 10 % 108,000 sheets per pallet
