NAICS Code 513199 - All Other Publishers to Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC dba Springer Nature 1 New York Plaza Suite 4600 New York, NY 10004-1967 for a base period of January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027, four one-year optional periods, and one six-month option with an estimated value of $9,894.881.74. The USPTO conducted Market Research from July – October 2026 and the results indicate that Springer Nature Customer Service Center LLC dba Springer Nature is the only known qualified source. As a result of the USPTO’s exemption from the Competition in Contracting Act, the subject requirement is being procured using the Alternate Competition Method in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act, 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A).
