1. Description: The Contractor shall provide to the Electronic Combat International Security Assistance Program (ECISAP) Office, Robins Air Force Base, one (1) Spanawave 8003 Microwave Scalar Network Analyzer and three (3) Spanawave 80303A Standard Power Sensors.

1.2 Equipment Condition and Calibration: All items delivered shall be factory-new, current OEM production hardware. Refurbished, rebuilt, used or surplus equipment will not be accepted. The Contractor shall provide the standard commercial manufacturer warranty. 2. Delivery: The Contractor shall coordinate the date and exact location for delivery in advance with the following Government Representatives in paragraph 2.1. Delivery is FOB Destination within 8 weeks ARO.

2.2. Delivery Schedule/Shipping Address. The required Spanawave 8003 Microwave Scalar Network Analyzer and three (3) Spanawave 80303A Standard Power Sensors will
be delivered between the hours of 07:00 and 15:00 (EST), Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and work curtailment days. Delivery shall be to the building 231 at the address in par. 2.1.
