as an attachment to Amendment 0003?
Amendment 0007 pages 3-23 and attached document B08 UPDATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS v.09.23.2026 are the same terms and conditions. It is also the most recent set of terms and conditions.
2. Section L- Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders and Section M– Evaluation Factors for Award
Section L- Instructions for Proposal Instructions for Proposal and M- Evaluation Factors for Award have been updated.
3. Section L of the original solicitation required a bid guarantee at 20% of the bid price. I can’t find for certain in the updated terms; can you confirm if the bid guarantee is required for this updated public solicitation? We assume 100% performance and payment bonding are required.
Bid Guarantee and performance bond are required if quote is over $150,000 (FAR): 20%(but not $3 million), due by bid opening.
4. Is a state of Colorado inspection required on the photovoltaic inverter replacement?No. 5. Could you please provide the following information?
