Questions Received

Attachment1- Questions received

Q.) I am reaching out regarding the development opportunity at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx. We are currently reviewing the offering for the proposed parking facility and have a question regarding the potential scope of the development. We would like to speak with someone from the appropriate team about the potential for a mixed-use development that incorporates the required parking along with housing and/or other uses that would benefit Veterans. Would you be available for a brief conversation, or could you kindly direct us to the appropriate person to discuss?

A) There is no housing anticipated in potential future solicitation due to lack of available land and density.
