Question from the RTE:
1. Mounting holes: Should the holes shown on the dimension sheets be metal grommets or sewn eyelets? Please specify the required hole diameter, spacing, and reinforcement. We understand that no top sliders are to be supplied. Sewn eyelets. Top of eyelet should be 1” down from top of curtain. Eyelet size is approx. 1” x 1”. Spacing is ½” from each edge, then evenly spaced across the curtain. 2. Inside pockets: Please confirm whether the handwritten note requires 10" × 12" pockets, with the bottom of each pocket positioned 6" above the curtain’s bottom edge. How many pockets are required per panel, and how should they be positioned horizontally? We understand that panels under 18" high do not require pockets. No pockets in curtains
3. Color: The solicitation specifies black, but several areas on page 3 are marked “khaki.” Should all 338 panels be black, or should those areas receive khaki panels? Black curtains everywhere, no khaki
4. Missing dimension: In the 3 Man area, rack 1-T lists three curtains, but only two dimensions are provided and the third is marked “N/A.” Should this rack receive two or three panels? If three, please provide the missing dimensions and hole count.

5. Angled panel: For the 18 Man area, rack 13-T, could you provide a sketch confirming the dimensions, slope direction, and mounting-hole locations for panel 4? Please see attached drawing for panel 4. No eyelets, just a strip of sewn in Velcro across top edge 6. Finished dimensions: Are the listed dimensions finished panel sizes, including hems? Are there specific requirements for dimensional tolerances, thread, seams, or edge finishing? Finished dimensions including hems
7. Compliance documentation: What documentation must accompany the quote to demonstrate compliance with MIL-C-24500 and MIL-STD-1623? Please confirm the applicable revisions and whether manufacturer certifications and supporting test reports are sufficient. No additional documentation required as long as quote states that Nomex brand material is used.
1. Color: The description calls for black curtains, but page 3 of the dimension sheet marks the CPO Q, WRSR 1-4, and XOSR spaces as khaki (76 curtains). Are those curtains khaki, and should they be priced as a separate line? See #3 above. All black
2. COSR: The sheet lists 1 curtain for COSR with no dimensions or hole count. Could you provide the size, number of grommet holes, and color? No curtain needed for COSR. Disregard.
