Will the GFM be supplied with ultrasonic testing (UT) completed and supporting certifications provided, or should the contractor include the cost of UT inspection in its quotation? It will be provided with the UT Testing already completed. For the R4 top cap, is the required configuration R4L or R4L-MOD?

For the R4 shim rings, does the quantity of 160 mean 160 complete sets of the shim items shown on the drawing, or 160 individual rings? Please confirm the item numbers and quantities required. It would mean 160 completed sets.
Will this solicitation be awarded as a single award, or will individual CLINs be considered for separate awards? This will be a single award.
Is the CMMC level required for both the prime contractor and subcontractor prior to award? The CMMC level for the prime and subcontractor must match.
