or GIS files identifying the proposed roadway
segments and culvert locations?
KMZ files containing routes/culverts
separated out by Schedule have been
uploaded to sam.gov. Data and information
furnished is for the Contractor's information.
The Government is not responsible for any
interpretation of, or conclusion drawn from
the data or information by the Contractor.

the solicitation to permit electronic proposal
submission? This would provide a means of
proposal delivery while reducing the
administrative burden and delivery risks
associated with physical proposal packages.
