This is a request for information (“RFI”). The sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research.
DLA Troop Support’s Outside the Continental United States (“OCONUS”) Subsistence Prime Vendor (“SPV”) Program, is interested in your comments regarding “Bottled Water Support” from PHC (Public Health Command) approved facility’s support to our military and other federally funded customers located in Guatemala but anticipated to be concentrated in Guatemala City. Military and other federally funded customers include, but are not limited to, the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and Department of State. The only approved facility for bottled water is: Fabrica De Bebidas Gaseosas Salvavidas, S.A. GT-0004

There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment for the Government and any information provided in response to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only and will remain confidential in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, however, such information must be appropriately identified as proprietary by the vendor. Vendor participation is not a commitment for future business with the Government. Again, the sole purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research.

Bottled Water support includes the ability to source bottled water items, to receive and consolidate materials, warehousing and inventory management, transportation capabilities, the ability to accept customer orders electronically and provide delivery, and the ability to maintain a quality assurance program.
