This Market Research tool is being used to identify authorized resellers and distributors of Keysight Technologies, including all sizes, prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of a solicitation. The results of the Request for Information (RFI) will be utilized to determine if any Small Business Set-Aside opportunities exist. Additionally, this sources sought is being used to gather constructive information from industry to improve the Request for Proposal (RFP).

6.0 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

a. The Contractor’s response to this RFI is expected to consist of a description of the Contractor’s ability to provide each part and quantity listed in the above Table 1. The Contractor’s response shall also provide proof that it is an authorized distributor or reseller of Keysight Technologies. All comments or discussions pertaining to improving or enhancing the procurement should be submitted.
