REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / MARKET INTELLIGENCE NOTICE

This notice is for information and planning purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP), REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ), OR INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB). This notice is issued solely to obtain information and support market intelligence. It shall not be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government, either expressed or implied, to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
Participation in this Request for Information (RFI) is strictly voluntary. The Government is not obligated to award any agreement or contract as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response. Responding to this RFI will not affect a firm's ability to submit a proposal if a formal solicitation is issued in the future. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, is issuing this RFI to obtain information regarding the design and construction of the following four (4) FY24 projects located on Oahu, Hawaii: 1. PN103952 Elevated Storage Tanks, Kolekole, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii; 2. PN101244 Elevated Storage Tanks, East Range Water system, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii; 3.
