Contractors may be required to obtain Platform One / Iron Bank onboarding. Government will provide access to existing pipelines within F-35 owned systems

Can the Government share an estimated level of effort or number of FTEs?

No, it's a new effort and need industry to provide solutions to the requirement

Would the Government consider a WOSB or total small business set-aside if market research shows sufficient capable small businesses?

Clearances: RFI Section 3 says personnel "must possess active TOP SECRET clearances," while PWS 11.1 applies the requirement "when identified in the contract." Will Top Secret be required by position, and roughly what share of the work is expected in classified environments?

Top secret clearances will be required for all members of the contract support team.

Documents and data: Could you confirm the SAM.gov notice number and that the draft PWS file "PWSF35JPO-DSaaS-10-22-2026" is the current version? Is there a predecessor contract, and will workload data be released before the RFP?
