THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Government will not award a contract on the basis of this notice, nor will it pay for any information submitted in response. All information received will be used for market research and planning purposes only.

1.0 BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE

Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA) is conducting market research for a follow-on contract to provide Environmental Consolidated Services for the USAG-Redstone Directorate of Public Works (DPW). The follow-on is anticipated to be a competitive 8(a) set-aside with an estimated Period of Performance of 28 Feb 2027 – 27 Feb 2037. The purpose of this RFI is to identify qualified 8(a) certified small businesses and gather information to support the acquisition strategy. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for review. (Attachment 1: DRAFT Performance Work Statement)

2.0 REQUESTED INFORMATION / CAPABILITY STATEMENT REQUIREMENTS

Interested 8(a) firms are invited to submit a capability statement addressing the following sections:

2.1. Corporate Information:

•Company Name, Address, and Website.
•Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code.
•Primary Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, and Phone Number).

2.2. Socio-Economic Status:

•Confirm your firm is a certified 8(a) Program participant and provide your SBA 8(a) graduation date. •List any other small business designations (e.g., SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone).

2.3. Capability, Experience, and Requirement Feedback:

2.3.1. Past Performance & Technical Experience:

•Provide at least two (2), but no more than three (3), examples of recent and relevant contracts performed within the last five (5) years related to DPW, facility management, or garrison technical support. For each, include: •Contract Number, Title, and total dollar value.
•A description of the work and how it relates to the DRAFT PWS. •A customer point of contact.
•What is your company's experience with:
•Army/IMCOM-specific engineering systems and protocols? •Army/IMCOM-specific real Property planning, auditing?
