NAICS Code and Standard Size: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction; 45 million Contract Completion Date: All work for Phase 1 shall be completed 640 calendar days after award. All work for Phase 2, including the demolition of Bldg 298, shall be completed 300 calendar days after Phase 1. Wage Determination: General Decision Number: NC20260018 05/18/2026 Liquidated Damages: $2,188.00 per calendar day of delay for Phase 1. $1,679.00 per calendar day of delay for Phase 2.
Notes: Proposals shall include the JCI system specified in the redacted Justification and Approval included with the specifications.
Special Scheduling: Phase 1 and vacating of tenants from B298 must be completed before Phase 2 can begin.

Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 days from receipt of offers Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 14 July 2026 at 1300 local time. Contractors are to meet at the Facilities Engineering and Acquisition Division (FEAD) Cherry Point office, Building 87, Marine Corps Air
