Gina Kern is out of the office and cannot approve site access requests. If your request for the November 4, 2026 Site Visit has not been approved, you must resubmit it and list Latasha Bouldin as the Fermilab contact instead of Gina Kern. 1. Email notification. Send the following to Latasha Bouldin at [email protected] for each attendee: •

Once Fermilab receives your email, it will send you the name of the Fermilab Point of Contact each attendee must meet on the day of the visit.
2. Access Request form. Every attendee at the Pre-Proposal Meeting and Site Visit who does not already hold a Fermilab badge must resubmit the Access Request form at
https://fermi.servicenowservices.com/expert_shell.do?sysparm_sys_id=63f9f6a8dbd148104e65ff621f961975 , listing Latasha Bouldin as the contact. Approval of onsite access depends on citizenship status and on the locations being visited. Vendors whose requests have already been approved do not need to take any action. Please also review the Special Pre-Proposal Meeting/Site Visit Instructions and Directions included with the RFP.
