SECTION 1

STATEMENT OF WORK/BID SCHEDULE

This is a Brand Name requirement: Brand Name must be Haskel International, Inc.

1.0 Purpose

The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define the requirements for the procurement, delivery, and acceptance of one (1) Haskel Booster System Model #80512

2.0 Scope

This procurement covers the firm-fixed-price purchase of hardware only.

3.0 Requirements

3.1 Hardware Requirements

The Vendor shall provide:
-Haskel Booster System Model #80512

3.2 Delivery Requirements

• Delivery: NLT 12 weeks after contract award

3.3 Quality Assurance

The Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (CoC).

4.0 Acceptance

Hardware will be accepted upon delivery, inspection, and verification of compliance with the SOW.

5.0. Delivery Details

Components shall be delivered to the address below:

CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF

WORK. FAILURE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING AND AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL

MAY RESULT IN YOUR QUOTE BEING DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND NOT

CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.

Quotes for the item(s) described in the RFQ are due by 11/3/2026 by 4:00 p.m. CT to Tracy Bremer at [email protected] in order to be considered for award. If it is in the best interest of the Government, quotes submitted after the due date may be accepted. Quotes shall remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated on the quote. Submitted Quotes shall list two points of contacts including name, phone number, and email address.
