REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Request for Proposal - AOC - Building Engineer Report (BER) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number 15DDHQ27R00000001 is being used as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This will be solicited under FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for AOC - Building Engineer Report (BER). Please see the instructions to the offeror and the product description/specifications attached for more details regarding this requirement. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. All proposals must be on an all or none basis, alternate proposals will not be accepted. All offerors must submit a complete proposal which will be evaluated based on the criteria listed in the offeror’s instruction section. In accordance with FAR Part 12.203, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order to the eligible, responsible Offeror who presents the best value to the government. Any questions must be submitted in writing via email to Jose Marin at [email protected] no later than November 24, 2026, at 10:00 am EDT. No late submissions will be accepted or considered. A site visit is scheduled, and attendance is required. The site visit is scheduled for 9:00 am CST on November 17, 2026, at the Aviation Operations Center (AOC) Facility located at 2300 Horizon Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76177. All Offeror's must complete a Facility Access Request Form (Attachment I) and email it to [email protected]. Please submit form NLT November 12, 2026, at 1:00 pm CST. Proposals submitted by Offeror's who did not attend the site visit will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered.
Final proposals must be submitted via email by November 30, 2026, at 10:00 am EDT. Proposals must include pricing and responses to evaluation factors. All submissions (questions and/or proposals) must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the RFP number included in the subject line. No late submissions (questions and/or proposals) will be accepted.
