This is a combined Presolicitation Notice/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), numbered FA440727Q8000, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. The selection for the award will be made based on technical acceptance by the Government of the resultant quote and the Contracting Officer’s (CO) ability to deem pricing fair and reasonable. From this RFQ, a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), single award is anticipated. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing NAICS Code 711320 – Promoters of Performing Arts, Sports, and Similar Events without Facilities, Small Business Standard $22M, and Product Service Code (PSC) will be R426 - Support - Professional: Communication. Description of Requirement:
The Department of the Air Force, United States Air Force Band of Mid-America, requires a contractor to secure and provide the professional services of Kris Allen as the featured guest vocalist for the Band’s 2026 Spirit of the Season concert series. Kris Allen is essential to the requirement, and substitutions will not be accepted. A Brand Name Justification for Kris Allen is attached to this RFQ.
