a) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award this contract as a single-award firm fixed priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as it has been determined that this BPA will be awarded to a single vendor. The Period of Performance for this BPA will be five years starting 1 December 2026 through 30 November 2031. The BEP will place an annual BPA call for inspections of fire extinguishers, with BPA calls for as needed testing, replacements or repairs as identified in the annual inspection.
b) Solicitation number 2031ZA27Q00004 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Portable Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services.

The Product Service Code is H112. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. d) Notice to Offeror(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs. e) The Government will make award to the offeror with the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer with no adverse past performance. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation. f)

Description of requirements for the items to be acquired.

The contractor shall provide Portable Fire Extinguisher Maintenance Services that meets or

exceeds the specifications outlined in Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement. This acquisition may result in a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). g)
