General Notice & Authority. This announcement constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information contained herein. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested via this Request for Quotes (RFQ), and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Requirement Overview. NSWCCD has a requirement for the procurement, delivery, and turn-key installation of a replacement pump (Pump No. 1) on York Chiller No. 1 in Building 157, which provides critical chilledwater cooling to the Building 13 Server Rooms.

Applicable Provisions, Clauses, and Codes. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 (effective 03/13/2026) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20260507 (effective 05/07/2026). Quote Submission Requirements. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order. Quoters must demonstrate the technical capability to satisfy all equipment specifications and installation requirements.
