• Lease term of 2 years/1 year firm with occupancy no later than June 30, 2027
• The space must be contiguous. Single floor space is preferred, however space shall be located on no more than two (2)
contiguous floors.
• The space shall have a minimum clear ceiling height of 15’ throughout the entire leased space. This height shall be

measured from the finished floor to the lowest point of any overhead obstruction, including but not limited to HVAC ductwork, fire suppression equipment, light fixtures, or structural beams.
• The premises must support continuous 24/7 operations
• The space shall be equipped with a fully operational, automatic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system. • Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease
• A fully serviced lease is required
